I had an account with HSBC and was never late on my payments.Once it was transferred to Santander, I am constantly late because of the difficulty in trying to pay online.
I cannot access my account with the user name and password I had with HSBC, even though it tells me that I can still use them. I have a difficult time and its very frustrating. I then wind up sending my payment in late. I am trying to keep my payments current, but your system makes it difficult.
It does not recognize my e-mail, either.Can you help?
